Hormone levels

in May 2016 Moms
I'm 5 weeks 2 days last week (4 weeks 5 days) I had bloods done they were 186 doctor said it was low I had a trans scan but all that could be seen was thickening to the uterus lining I had more bloods done yesterday and Is now 649
Should i be concerned that they are low?

    I'll say it before anyone else does. 

    It's not the number, its the doubling time that matters.  If however your HCG levels are less than 1000 they are like not going to see anything.

    If your levels are doubling with 48-72 hours things are looking good.
