3. I was up two pounds this week, part water weight, part actual weight. I'm recommitting this week to be a better plan follower and track everything. I promise. O:-)

I made roasted cauliflower tonight. Can't remember if I've shared before, but it's a go-to of mine. I love it. Just 1 head of cauliflower. 2tsp. Oil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, a little cheese on top at then end. Put in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
5. Totally non-food, diet related: What's the most annoying question you've been asked this week?
It has been the "Are you going to have any more kids?" question week. I just shrug and say I don't know. And, a lady I work with had twins today. I had cleaned out most of my premie and newborn stuff to give her because she can use it.
