Just an update. My husband found me a psychiatrist who only deals with ppd and she is changing my meds to something she thinks will work better for my symptoms and allow me to BF. Unfortunately, I had been weaning off pumping and now I am producing very little milk but I am hoping that I can get my milk back in time. Feeling more hopeful.
@AlwaysSunny1012 so happy to hear that. I feel like some doctors are too aggressive & personally I like to start with less meds & add more if needed. Good luck with the new doctor & re establishing breastfeeding. Sounds like you have a great husband too!

This is great to hear! You can improve your supply so don't worry, talk with a lactation specialist... Pump away and take fenugreek, you can do it! I'm happy to hear you found the support you were looking for!
@AlwaysSunny1012 Awesome!! Pump away!! Every 2 hours to start at least during the day and do some power pumping. Fenugreek didn't work for me but Moringa, goats rue and oatmeal do. It totally depends on the person. I also think acupuncture has been helping and that can help with some of your symptoms as well. Remember you can always do some BM and some formula. No need to be all or nothing. So happy for you!! What a great DH
Nothing to add but joy for @AlwaysSunny1012 for a new doctor who is more aligned with your wishes! Your strength and self-awareness amid serious challenges continue to be very inspiring for me. Way to go, mama lady!
