Work out clothes while not working out are a must. I like to tell myself I'm going to workout, so it's important that I leave the workout clothes on. You know, so when I find the motivation, I won't have to change into the work out clothes.

@hoodoll82 I DVR the Jude daily. There is a phenomenal 90's alternative station that popped up in CT 2 years ago and it is the bomb (trying to bring that phrase back). They also do a throw back hour at noon everyday and play only pre-2000 music. It's the greatest. Basically I fit all your requirements besides sci-fi...

Let's get out a do something, because to be honest it's my motivation to shower and get out of my yoga pants. I enjoy white wines (because I've now reached the age where my body no longer tolerates the delicious reds)...no judgements on boxed wine here. It's convenient and the wine doesn't go bad after I can only consume one glass every few days. Which station? Also ps I secretly think Marilyn Milian is a better judge, but Judy is more entertaining. Peoples Court tapes in NY or Stamford though, so I'm plotting a metro-north trip in my mind...

I like the Jude because she doesn't entertain the crazy. On people's court they let it go on but my girl doesn't have time for the personal Bologna. Only the facts please.

But I guess it came back, yay! They actually used to run a HUGE summer concert called... Wait for it.... "104-fest".

Also, my mom and sister go to a Maury taping every year for my mom's birthday. True story.

FTM - sleep deprived and addicted to Netflix. Friends must be open to grueling marathons of DIY, cooking, and comedy shows. I don't get dressed beyond lounging clothes anymore, and neither should you. Adorable 2 month old boy with reflux - wants to be held 24/7, so you will need to get your own refreshments since baby is attached to wires and plugged into wall. If you get my refreshments too, you will attain platinum friend status. Previously had passion for fitness and art...no time for that shit anymore. Bring candy. Teacher...bored to snot of most professions that are not teaching, so shared love of education is a plus - will tolerate non-teachers if you don't talk about work. You can visit me anytime, but don't expect me to get my lazy ass over to you. Love the idea of outings...zoo, beach, aquarium...and will enthusiasticly plan - execution of plans currently not attainable (r.e. baby plugged into wall). So, what are you waiting for? Predator suit hands down, as a plus one of the songs TFS created for abridged made it into the resurrection F movie.

Correction- it was originally in the Japanese version of the show

I love these! Thanks for starting this thread. But also, I'm kind of glad we got to bond first over what we do have in common. If this were a real "dating" site, I'd scroll right through some of my favorite regulars on here. And what I love about this board is it's gotten me to connect with people who I think I'm so different from, but then realize we actually have a lot in common.

^^^ this! Back when I, you know, went places and had a life - I used to always bring my nook with me. That way, if I needed to, I could always just read instead of being social. Totally not unusual to see me at the bar to watch 'the game' with friends - beer at hand and nose in (e)book

Yes!!!! I hope LO loves country music, too! I went to Garth Brooks right before I got pregnant, Miranda Lambert a few days before I found out I was pregnant, and Eric Church in December. DH judges my reality tv addition, but I can't help it. Especially teen mom.

Huge fan of Disney vacations (come to me for advice if you need it!), fried foods, and chocolate; currently mourning the loss of the ability to eat dairy on account of LOs sensitivity.

Even though it's been a while since I've been out of the country, I love talking about travel! And I totally get former fitness and dairy fanatic. I just saw a recipe for pumpkin cheesecake snicker doodles and I'm trying to see if I can make them dairy-free.

@Sammy K I already feel like we're soul mates on account of our challenging babies.

We honeymooned in June '14 in Mauritius and South Africa; knowing we wouldn't be doing much international travel again for a while, we really wanted to blow it out! Lo was actually born exactly one year from the date we left Africa to come back home! I'm hopeful we can start traveling with LO while she's young; I really want my kids to have the opportunity to see the world and experience other cultures, early and often.

But also we will go to Disney because that's just fun.

Go with the flow, commitment-phobe FTM here. Meaning I selfishly like to make plans day to day, depending on my mood. What if something better comes up for one of us? I totally get it! Or what if I want to watch a marathon on Bravo by myself? You'll have to learn to deal.

Former hobbies include: Going to long leisurely dinners/happy hours, traveling, attending sporting events, and dancing at concerts. This person may come back someday, but don't expect a miracle just yet.

LO is a really chill sweet girl who enjoys being outdoors and generally doing most anything as long as you're prepared when she's hungry! She's interested in a wiggly companion to stare at and share her toys with!

Reading a book is a personal thing to me and I get very deeply invested. I don't care about hearing someone else's opinion. Give me the food and drank though..
