Gluten Intolerant?

To make a long story short, our 3rd baby has been... Hard, to put it lightly. Doesn't sleep well, constipated, generally fussy. Yesterday he had a check up and I talked to his dr about food allergies and she got us a referral to an allergy specialist and we see him on the 25th.

Has anybody dealt with this? We've never dealt with food allergies. If you have, how long did it take before you started seeing a change in your LO?

I don't have experience with Food Allergies, but there is an entire board dedicated to it so you might find some info there. We thought for awhile my little guy was having a problem with milk so we switched him to soy and the doctor said wait 7-10 days to see if there is a noticeable difference. That's all I can give for advice! Good luck and hope you get some answers!
