Eat small meals. Avoid acidic or spicy foods.

Unfortunately, when you are pregnant, it's not just your food choices that cause heartburn. The bigger baby gets, the more cramped things get, and the more reflux you get.
Talk to your doctor -- Zantac has been a lifesaver for me both pregnancies.

Zantac is completely safe during pregnancy, I would ask your dr about the dosage you should be taking though !
