If anyone is in the midlands, with driving distance of Cola, or has mama pals in the area:  a great yoga studio I've been to before is offering a prenatal workshop on October 18th (1:30-2:45).  These are the nicest yogis I've met and I love supporting this studio.  Their workshops are always fun, so if you are interested in checking out yoga, this would be a great opportunity!

On another note, is anyone who is still doing regular practice starting to get looks in class?  I've noticed the past few weeks that some classmates and teachers are starting to eye the belly nervously.  I feel like I should make an announcement at the beginning assuring people I won't go into labor in the middle of class!
