I want to yell at my own mother so badly. She is so pushy and so against breastfeeding for whatever reason. She came over so sit with my LO while I caught up on sleep and I later found out she had been giving him formula on top of my pumped milk. I couldn't figure out why he was spitting up until she told me she was forcing him to eat. When I said something about she just laughed about it. She calls me everyday to tell me "he doesn't like the boobie" and he would rather have formula. What?! He's 3 weeks old. Every time I even attempt to argue with her she does the "when you were a baby I did xyz". Hello that was almost 25 years ago and this is MY BABY. Ugh I don't even want her around anymore. Okay this turned into more of a rant, sorry

Ugh..im sorry youre dealing with this. Just keep at it as long as you want to momma ans ignore her.
I was wearing baby in the Boba carrier when I had to pee desperately. He was sound asleep. I wasn't about to wake him...
Yeah, I definitely did this at Walmart... twice. Taking him out and leaving him with my mom while I went to the bathroom was just way too much work. I burried his face in the wrap to save him from the public restroom germs. That counts for something, right?
I always change LO on DH's side of the bed just incase he decides to pee, poop or spit up everywhere. DH is clueless that he's currently sleeping in a mixture of LO's bodily fluids. What he doesn't know won't hurt him.
@jaquex3 that is so not cool. My mom would be banned from taking care of baby if she couodnt follow my directions.

I have another one. DD has the uncanny ability to sense when I'm in the middle of a shower and start crying. Doesn't matter how fast asleep she is when I get in, or what time of day it is.
This morning, she actually started crying as soon as I turned the water on but before I got undressed and in the shower.....I went ahead and got in anyways. 15 minutes of crying won't kill her and momma really needed to shower!
This happened during the 2nd trimester and I need to get it out cause its been bugging me.
DH and I made a bunch of homeless care packages and I had like 10 bags in my car. I was stuck in traffic and snacked on one of the bags. I felt so bad later .. but lol! I never told him since I'm pretty sure I'd get the stink eye and judged for life!

I would freak out if my mom did this. It isn't ok at all. Let those hormones rage!
I've noticed sometimes we wind up having another post to add, I'm thinking we should have a post called "Saturday Leftover Fffc" or something clever lol!!!
I get that people wanna see the baby, but I'm trying to recover from surgery. Leave me alone people! (

I wear my baby on the toilet daily. At least yours was asleep and didn't know what was going on. Mine is always awake and I probably traumatized her. In fact, I sat on the toilet, wore her, and fed her at the same time today. It wasn't my plan, but the moment I went to put her down, she started rooting after several hours of refusing to eat. Was I about to miss that opportunity and hope she would still eat when I was done? No way, Jose.
On another note, I just paid $5 for the "baby shusher" app and hot damn, it is the best $5 I've ever spent! Kid was screaming her little face off and once I got it loud and up to her ear, complete silence followed my nursing with her eyes closed, an unlatch, and now snores. Thank you Lord!
I have a little note i put in the door when i am resting so no one rings the bell/ knocks ... I leave it up longer than nessary or when i know my sister may try and drop by. Sorry not sorry i cant listen to you complain about work your bf or how tired you are.
