extremely elevated thyroid ?

doctor says i have an extremely elevated thyroid, now i know that can be common after pregnancy, and i have to make a follow up appt with doctor next week. but i was just wondering if any one else went through that, and what they do about that and if it can affect breastfeeding.

You just need to get it regulated with synthroid. It will take time (trial and error) to get it regulated. You can keep breastfeeding with no problem. If you are having any supply issues, it could be because of your thyroid. Once regulated it may solve supply issues.
