Wish the search function was working! Assuming it's normal Bc I prob had this feeling already at some point but been feeling a lot of tightness today. Doesn't hurt but def uncomfortable. Lower area feels a little like period cramps. Hubby said bump even seems tighter or harder. Normal at this phase/anyone else have this? 29.5 weeks. I have dr apt thurs anyway just wondering your thoughts in meantime. Laying here and can't sleep!

Sounds like Braxton Hicks contractions, pretty common in third trimester.  

Rest and drinking water should make them stop.  If not -- or if they get painful or time-able, call your doctor.
