@blueeyedrose86 nope sorry, had hair appt right after ultrasound then drove right to ILs house and just told them, they're ecstatic! Ultrasound went great, HB of 155, 1mm nuchal measurement which is perfect, baby was moving, it was awesome. Thanks soooo much everyone for good wishes!! I'm going to upload a pic on the ultrasound thread in a little while. Happy momma right here!!!!

Tonight we went to our county fair and ate fair food to our hearts content. I'm so regretting the choice now that it's 1130 and having some bad indigestion. But the fair food was so GOOOOOOOOOD!

Such a bittersweet morning for me
i just went through my entire wardrobe to pull out everything i won't fit into soon, and put them into storage. Then all the stuff I know I haven't worn in a long time and probably will never fit into after baby, I put in a bag to donate. I hardly have any clothes left. :-S

Who wants to hear my sad story of the day?

We live in a small town with limited restaurant options, but I was really craving Chinese, so I drove out to get some. The Chinese place was randomly closed for no apparent reason. Grrr. Decided I'd order something to go from the Mexican place instead. I called at 11:30 to place my order and the girl paused for a minute, then said, "Uh, we don't open 'til noon" - like I was a total idiot. What kind of restaurant doesn't open 'til noon?! C'mon! I was about to die of hunger, so I couldn't wait half an hour. Ended up with stinky ole McDonald's. So disappointing.

I a debating the pros and cons of drilling holes in my sinuses myself today ... Seriously having my face stuck under a Mac truck may feel better wahhhhh poor me

Also I can't believe I am well into 13 weeks! We are announcing to everyone who doesn't know on Tuesday after I get to hear the heart beat again.

Also if someone says cheesecake one more time .... I may force myself to drag my snotty nosed self to Cheesecake Factory...

Husband got up with little man this morning (it was nine so not real early) but he let me stay in bed as I'll be up late tonight babysitting. I kept thinking how sweet he was while I drifted back to sleep. Get up at 1030 and son has the house in a mess, playing with scented wax, and Dh is sound asleep on the couch.... gtr guess it's the thought that counts right? But it still left me with a mess to clean.

They had food trucks at the zoo. I was so excited! Ordered some sweet potato fries and fried pickles. Ds wanted Mac and cheese. Well the potatoes tasted like the fryer needed to be cleaned and ds wouldn't eat the Mac and cheese because it was white. I traded with him but the Mac and cheese was also so salty I couldn't eat it. At least the fried pickles were good, but what a disappointment.

Food disappointments all around today... My fair corn dog was overcooked and my fresh squeezed lemonade was weak... Boo hiss.

My in laws are in town and we're eating horrible also. I had my first taste of heart burn this pregnancy. I had it bad last time around and it looks like I will this time too...

Grrr. I'm getting impatient. Our mail NEVER comes at the same time every day, and I'm talking some days it comes at 9 and others 4pm.

I ordered a pair of maternity jeans on ebay and they are out for delivery today. I've been waiting for them all day, with plans for wearing them out tonight. We are leaving by 5:30, and here it is 4pm. WHERE ARE MY PANTS!!!???

Lol its prolly just the hormones talking... but we work bingo for our volunteer fire dept. And I am the money handler, so I am running all over the floor. I need something comfy to wear!

For some reason, DH's idiot friends decided to show up at our house (drunk) at 11pm. And by friends, I really mean coworkers and softball teammates. They all work the same shift, which requires my husband to wake up at 4am. WTAF?? The house was dark. I had JUST gotten DD to sleep (rough bedtime) and I was so tired I was getting nauseous. DH had been asleep for at least an hour of course. I was so close to falling asleep when they call DH and are like "We're at your house! Open the door!" I repeat, THE HOUSE WAS DARK. Not a single light on. DH opened the door and I followed and said, "Who has a death wish??" I was livid. I'm still pretty pissed, but he apologized today. These people have never even been to our house before, but they were visiting another friend in the neighborhood and knew we lived in that subdivision, so got directions from a different, mutual friend. Four people almost died last night...

But I HAVE TO EAT! So walked through the grocery store to find something new.
BINGO!!! I found pizza rolls!!
I haven't had them since college (9 years).
I've already had two helpings!
I'm so proud of myself for finding food I like!

I have had a hard time keeping up the past couple weeks! Life has been busy here too. By the time I have a chance to sit and pull out my phone, i feel so exhausted half the time I am drifting off LOL

Yes! I've been adding lemon to water and it's helped so much surprisingly. If I drink water with nothing in it, I can't drink as much or feel sick. I also wake up extremely thirsty and its been better since I add lemon or some orange juice to water.

Rant- my inlaws and mom and staying with us for a few days. Mil no matter how many times we warn her always leaves food where our dog can get it. Today I asked when she came in if there was any food in any of the bags and she said no. Well 20 minutes later I found the dog nosing through her purse and there were granola bars. I brought her the purse and said "the dog can open zippers make sure you keep it up on a shelf." Well 20 minutes later I find the dog scarfing down a granola bar with raisins (raisins are highly toxic). So lucky me had to force feed the dog peroxide then run him for 25 minutes until he vomited. All the while worried sick about him. I came back in the house and she says "but the zipper was closed!" Sadly this is not the first time this has happened. Drives me crazy!

@Stormiewinter I think they should be called outlaws not in-laws, because they surely don't think they have to follow the laws of the land when they're on your turf.

I wish there was a way to "unfollow" a thread (like on fb) after you've viewed it, or "mark as read" to something so it wouldn't keep saying "# new" - half the time I open a thread and in like "oh, one of these threads" but then later on I see the notification and think it was something I wanted to read.

Remember the TTGP Troll drama last week?  Apparently the original poster is a trouble maker and is now banned.  How's that for some Monday action?  She was continuing fights on TTGP.

Oh man 2 1/2 weeks until our Oregon beach vacation.  I am so freakin' excited to show my boys the ocean.  Now time is just going to stand still.

So jealous about your beach trip! My daughter keeps asking me to take her to the beach. She doesn't understand we can't just go re like the park or the store LOL. I'm such a beach bum. I hope the weather is perfect for you guys!

Thanks!  Me too.  My 3-year old has been begging to go to the beach.  He's in love with shells right now.  We're kind of land-locked in Colorado so he has no idea what a beach really is.  We're doing a condo right on the beach and average temps then are right at 70.  Not swimming weather, but great for shells and sand castles.  And DS2 is full on walking so he'll have a blast too.

Yeah I just read that whole thread. She totally seemed like she was catfishing once she started her little tirade. I got a nice heads up message from a gal on the TTGP board (as I am sure some of you did as well) reminding us to keep her in mind when it comes time to make a Facebook group. I'm sure she was right - she'll probably create a new profile if her IP address didn't get banned.

ETA: which is why you don't give STANGERS access to your personal information via FB. Let that crazy lady be a warning to anyone that has or is thinking about joining a FB march 16 group.
