Work from Home Moms

I am a nurse & I work from home for an insurance company. My son is 4 months old. I am starting the interview process for a nanny beginning in Aug. Teenaged sitter will be going back to school.
Just wondering are there other moms who work from home and what has your experience been like with a nanny? Pay rate? I bf and interact with my baby all day. Seems like this would b the easiest job on earth......
