Etta or Eloise

I am expecting my 2nd girl. Big sister is Juliana. We are torn between Etta Vivienne or Eloise Jane. Last name is one syllable. We did not intentionally pick E names. Husband is of French descent. Both names do not have family significance and we are not big Etta James fans. Just like the name. We would not call Eloise Ellie. Elle at times maybe.
Thoughts and opinions??

I love both.

I would pick Etta just because it is less popular. (Though it is a bit rhymey with Vivienne.) Etta is not in the top 100, Eloise has shot up to 300, after not being in the top 1000 before '09.

Etta is defiantly going to be less common but I think Eloise sounds more elegant. Etta sounds like Greta which to me is a big more harsh sounding.

Love Eloise Jane! So classic. Not a fan of Etta. Feels like a nickname.

Both are beautiful, but I like the flow of Eloise Jane better.

Etta because it is less common. I feel like Eloise just shot up that fast, because people were desperate to find another "formal" name for their little Ellie.
