cramping

I have just felt a cramp I have never felt before. It was in my lower abdominal and reached all the way around to my back for about 3 minutes now I'm totally fine. Ouch, what was that ?

Agreed. Probably just a cramp. Especially with no other symptoms.

I suffer with this, usually when I stand up for a long time or feel particularly bloated, and was sometimes bad enough to make me throw up. probably just ligaments stretching, of you continue to be worried call your midwife
