Seriously. I'm also annoyed that she has to go out and buy pink because she's having a girl. I usually ignore people that annoy me on here but that stereotype drives me nuts!!
Obsessed mom over here. I am going on 17 weeks and I cannot wait to feel the baby. I just have to keep in mind that I was overweight before I got pregnant, so it might take a little bit longer for me to feel the baby and honestly I have NO IDEA what to feel for.

I just scheduled my A/S today!! Yay to see baby - not yay because I have to drink 32 oz within the hour and a half prior to, and no voiding allowed. My bladder is already cringing.
@kalahall13 FTM.. I'm 17+4 and honestly, when it's baby- I KNOW. There just isn't any mistaking it. First time it felt like someone was knocking from inside of me. It was legit weird. Second time it felt like a swooshing movement, as if babe was doing cartwheels. I've only felt twice and I am super obsessed!!

32oz?! I would bust! I have my scan on Wednesday. They didn't mention anything about a full bladder to me. Maybe I should call them.
Wtf...so the blood test said your baby is healthy and that's okay but it's obviously not a girl because you say so... Please let that be a joke
I just don't understand how people are so stupid :-/ *ER story time: a NURSE from a clinic called in and said her patient had a positive Blood work indicating she's pregnant and was wondering if she sent the patient to us could we confirm. ....... Ummmm blood work is confirmation. Lady actually asked me if we could do a pelvic and look and see...... How *da fu*k* do u get so stupid?!?

We are going to get a lot of these posts soon. You'll know when you feel it. My friend had a anterior placenta and didn't feel movement until very late. Of course she was a nervous wreck but this is not uncommon. Hang in there Mama!
They left her waiting for over an hour past her appt and were pressing super hard with the ultrasound wand and she said she just lost it. Poor thing. I felt so bad. And I'm terrified that will happen to me
@kmoney2 I think this comes from the internet and DR. Google. Well it happened to someone so that must mean it always happens. And I googled it so that overrules your 15 years of education and training.
I'm currently laying on the OBs table while they get my placenta previa report from the specialist and then recheck this prego rash. Now all I can think about is the McDonald's on the corner and what I'm going to order.

The receptionist at our old pediatrician ask if our twins are identical or paternal. I didn't have the heart to correct her so she's probably still saying that.
I'm on "vacation" and it's so hard to keep up!! When I get a chance to check in there are 100+ new posts. I make it through this thread and then barely have time to check out all the drama!! Right now I'm laying in bed pretending to nap and bumping instead... It's been an hour... Better get back to the poolside!
I popped into Michaels to pick up some yarn because a family friend said she'll teach me to knit this week while we're down the shore....and got a peanut M&Ms while checking out.
WHY do the packs have to say "SHARING SIZE" are they trying to shame me?
MAYBE I WANT THE FULL PACKAGE. IT'S 240 CALORIES THAT'S NOT LIKE AN INSANE AMOUNT OF CHOCOLATE, STOP MAKING ME FEEL GUILTY!
Haha!!!!! I bought the same packet and thought the same thing! Lol. Though, there are technically two servings in that packet so the whole thing is 480 calories. *ducks* ;-)

Yep! Mine is at the end of August. I think I'll start chugging 15-20 minutes before the appt. With as fast as I have to pee just drinking a cup of water, I'm thinking I'll be fine.
I just scheduled my A/S today!!

At my dating scan they told me 42 oz! I told the receptionist that sounded like torture. My bladder was VERY full. The tech commented. She said go empty so I can do TV. I emptied and it started filling again halfway through. I had to go again after she was done.
A/S they want 32 oz. I said that's not that bad. The receptionist said well...you'll be bigger so it will feel the same. F*CKKKK. Brutal.
I had to do full bladder at the NT Scan, and the tech made me pee to see. They also want me to do it at the A/S but I bet they'll look and just make me pee right away again.
