I've done a TON! So far I've made a quilt, leggings and knotted hats, 2 crib sheets, 3 changing pad covers, a travel changing mat, 3 receiving blankets, a boppy pillow cover, an ottoman, and a couple throw pillows! I can't seem to stop and I have a huge list of more I want to do! Thank goodness for early nesting drive!
@oxley09 do you have a pattern for the leggings and knotted hat? They are so cute!!!
Peter Rabbit themed nursery... I made his letters by ripping up a Peter rabbit book and using decoupage. Also did the same with the hooks which I plan to use for his blankets and hooded towels. The picture frame was $9.99 at Christmas Tree Shoppe and I bought the images off of etsy to print. Monogrammed baby blocks with his initials and my friend painted the tree. She used crackle paint so it looks like bark and the butterflies and lady bugs are 3d
Working on our star wars theme I painted the letters on the wall and I just recently bought some 8X10 canvases to paint some baby versions of all the characters similar to the ones on the shirt i'll post more pictures once I actually get them finished!
@lindenmr how did you get the lettering so perfect? I'm amazed
I used a laser level for the lines that extend from wall to wall then I eyeballed the center and drew the letters with a pencil with the help of a paint stick for some of the straighter lines since I couldn't find a ruler, and finally I outlined as many of the sides/angles of the letters that I could using painters tape so I wouldn't have to touch up as much.... long story short, a lot of patience and slight OCD haha

If there's something strange underneath the hood. Who you gonna call? Your Doctor. If there's something weird and it don't look good. Who you gonna call? Your Doctor. Immediately. If it's new, painful, and possibly pregnancy related get your ass off the internet and call your doctor. It's for your health and your child's.
I put together this mobile so far. I have a sign that I will be working on next then the room is complete. I'm only doing 2 diy projects otherwise it would be to much crap in a small room.
I saw a really cute idea on Pinterest the other day to make cutouts from the baby shower cards and frame them. I've also seen where people do a paint by numbers at the shower and it gets framed to go on the wall. Those would look cute there. You could also use a baby quilt as a wall hanging.
Edited because thinking in sentences that convey meaning is hard. Visit pinterest. Pretty and simple things abound.
