hi everyone,
I have been brainstorming nursery craft ideas. I was wondering if anyone is working on any crafts for the nursery or other projects for your baby? Or do you have any pictures or links to ideas that you like? I would love to hear what everyone is working on! I just finished making an origami mobile.
I can't wait to see everyone's crafts!
Re: DIY Nursery Crafts
@jellybug8402 thank you! It was pretty easy to make and cost us $20 total! We also added a map. I got it off of amazon. It has a sticky back so I put it on a canvas.
@kmd91 I can't believe you're doing a latch-hook rug that big! That's awesome! I used to love doing latch-hook but my goodness it can be time consuming. Looks cool!

Here is the link. You can actually stick it right to the wall if you want. It's also dry erase.

ETA: I tried to use just a regular paper world map and mod podge it on the canvas. It did not turn out well at all and had to remove it. The sticky map you can pull it up a couple of times to get the air bubbles out.
Thanks!
Thanks! I got them off of zulily a couple of weeks ago. Hobby Lobby had some a little larger. They are made of tin.

Thanks! It was pretty easy. I bought an embroidery hoop and painted it white. The tin airplanes already had a little ring to tie to and I cut out the clouds out of leftover white fabric. The hardest part was tying the fishing line. My DH had to use some kind of camping rope knot to make it stay.
I knit a blanket for all my children, we are re-using a basinet made new mattress covers. Found a free layout, wrote his full name, printed, framed it. He's side of the bedroom is Monkeys. It'zs always great to see other ideas, ladies you are all doing beautiful, unique things for your LOs
