Mild cramps

Ok I know I'm always freaking out about some by the being a first time mom , I'm really just new to everything so I just want to be aware of ANY & EVERYTHING ! I just wanna try & be perfect while I'm pregnant with my baby girl to make sure she's good & healthy . But I keep having these mild cramps in the lower part of my stomach . Like very mild cramps , & it happens like every hr . I'm not sure if that's suppose to be normal or not, considering I'm 31 weeks !! What could this mean or be ??

Could be Braxton hicks, gas or a bunch of other things. If they don't become regular, get stronger etc it's probably nothing but if you are worried then call your doctor.

I agree with the previous poster.
I'm 31 weeks into my fourth pregnancy, and sometimes still feel cramps. Because it's lower down, maybe it could be round ligament pain? Ligament pain, to me, can sometimes feel like a cramp.
I'm sure you can call a nurse in your office, just to be certain.
