Amy is my sister who passed away at a young age so I have decided 100% on having this as the middle name.. Problem is Amy doesn't work well with my names.
I think if you choose a longer first name and avoid a -y sound or -a ending, it can flow well. Very sweet that you want to use this to honor your sister.
I think in a case like this you should just pick the name you like and have Amy as the middle name, forget the flow all together. You could also use Amelia, as many people use Amy as a nn for that name. Outside of that, I love all of the above suggestions!
I like a couple of pps suggestions, esp Katherine and Gretchen. Caroline is ok too.
