Macyn is for neither boys or girls, so that would make it unisex, I guess. Adding a random -y to make a name "cuter" is not a great way to give your kid a name that will last a lifetime.
Seriously though....DO NOT do this. I am assuming you are going for the pronunciation Mason, but that name is not unisex. It is totally masculine. Aiming for a cutesy spelling with a Y and a C doesn't disguise it as a girl's name, it just makes you look uneducated. The reason people are telling you it's too masculine is because it is. Listen to them. There are plenty of lovely correctly spelled names out there for girls. Macyn (even typing it out is hard for me) is not one of them. Sorry doll.
Is your goal a unisex name? If so, there are unisex names that are legit, properly spelled names (Quinn, Peyton, Emerson, etc). But don't take a masculine name, make up a new spelling, and call it unisex/feminine. You may see it as cute, but trust what people are saying here - it just looks like you can't spell.

I was thinking of naming my baby girl Macyn but every one is saying it's too "masculine". I thought the name was pretty cute with the Y instead of the O for a girl. Anyone agree???
No, no one here will agree. And you clearly don't care what anyone here says anyway so why did you even ask?
I suspect that people who post here with youneek spellings want adoration and congratulations from the masses, telling them how creative and wonderful the made-up train wreck name is. When they get honesty, they can't deal.
Want to be creative? Do some research. Find a name that isn't currently trendy and use it. Using a popular boy's name on a girl and changing the spelling won't make her stand out at all. That's what everyone does.

How about Macy?
