Headache remedy help

hi ladies, I am randomly getting painful headaches. Is there any natural thing that can help? I'm also allergic to most pain medications.

I have had a terrible one for the last few days. Lying down with a cold compress on my forehead is the only thing that has helped me.

Fill a sink or bucket with warm water put your feet in it and put a ice pack or bag of frozen veggies on the back of your neck. My dr told me to do this because I did not want to take Tylenol and it worked great.

I use peppermint oil on my temples. Back of neck. It is awesome !! Just discontinue use in trimester 3 because it can turn the baby

Gatorade is supposed to take away headaches almost instantly! Good luck also look up pressure points. There one between your thumb and index finger that works wonders on headaches!

My midwife suggested having a cup of coffee when I get them. The caffiene helps headaches. It has worked like a charm for me.

Hi... I was getting headaches everyday but started taking a cal mag supplement and they Immediately went away... Think I needed magnesium... It might be worth a try

Someone said peppermint oil... my friend uses a lot of essential oils and gave me 1 peppermint and 1 lavender. Both are nice on the temple and such. Good luck. I hate the headaches.

Make sure you are hydrating, too!  Dehydration can cause headaches.
