So, here I am at 38 weeks (and 2 days) and I just discovered the only way to sleep comfortably is...sitting up! Yes, sitting up in bed. I have my body pillow and two other pillows propping my feet up and about 5 other pillows supporting my neck and back up so that I am literally in a "sitting up" position. This is saving me from the agony of the "beached whale" syndrome that I have developed when in the laying down position in bed and also makes the 10 times per night bathroom breaks a bit more bearable.
Recently, just in the past few days, I have woken up to pee and have had severe charlie-horse like cramps in my (very) low belly. OUCH!!! Has anyone else had these?
BTW...I am a FTM and due on July 20th with a baby girl. :-)
