Non specific antibody??

Hello,
I've recently only now had my blood results from midwife booking (I am now 18 wks) and it has shown a non specific antibody? My midwife didn't seem too concerned as my blood group is A+ and said they would be concerned if I was A-
Has anyone else had these results and know more about it?
