I packed a robe and a button down sleep shirt and I used both im Gladi brought both because I was comfortable the whole time and I also get cold easily.
I've brought a black cotton robe and just wore the hospital gown under that the whole time (but I wasn't there long the last 2 times). I just had to get a new one because I can't find my old one and found one at old navy for cheap.
I brought both... I used the robe more. I showered right away the day after my csection and lived in the robes I brought til I went home! The hospital gowns were itchy, couldn't wait to get mine off and I wanted something more put together to have on for visitors.

FET #1 October 2014 - Transferred two 5-day blasts: BFP!!
I am bringing both as well, I also have a few button down shirts im going to bring for when visitors come so I don't have to be in my pjs, but that's only because I'm going to be staying for 4-5days. So need the variety! ☺️
I'm at the hospital now I came in yesterday and they gave me a c-section I wasn't prepared so right before we left for the hospital I had to pack my bag. I packed button up pjs but wasn't a fan of them especially when visitors are here. My SO ran to winners and got me a robe that came with a little dress I'm loving it, so easy to feed baby just have to pull it down and the robe provides a little privacy.
I was going to go with a button down nightgown, but then I found a zip up nightgown at Walmart that I think will work perfectly. Just zip it down some when it's time to nurse! No fumbling with buttons.
I love me a comfy sleep tee (mid thigh length) with a deep v-neck for nursing & a robe over the top. Since a bra is too much work it's nice not to feel like my nipples are so obvious when people visit lol
