Ouch! My lower back has been quite mean to me the past few days. Anyone else experiencing this?

    I have been having bad back pains. I have went to the chiropractor to get adjusted and they said to get an ice pack and ice for 20 minutes 3 times a day!

    Yes!  Big time.  I've been going to the chiropractor, then called the OB yesterday because I realized I never cleared it with them.  They said they'll examine me next time and maybe refer me to a physical therapist.  Maybe your OB can help you out...

    I have, especially when im out and about walking around and doing cleaning at work/around the house...it rly stinks but im sure its all part of the package!

    Mine isn't terrible but definitely enough to make me want to sit down more often. I think it's probably just the fact that I've gained 9 lbs. that's quite a bit of weight in my upper body. And it's only going to get worse... Yay! Haha

    Mine has been more in my upper back - like behind my ribs above or right where my kidney is.  I was checked for a UTI but it was clear... but owowowowwwww
    1st FET 2/14/2013 Happy Valentines Day! - BFN
    2nd FET 6/14/2013     - BPF!!! -
    1st Beta:     1046!!!!! - 2nd Beta: 2754!!!!!
    First u/s 7/11/2013 - TWINS!!! 120 and 124 heartbeats <3
    Second u/s     7/29/2013 - wiggley babies! 178 and 184 heartbeats!
    Third u/s     9/9/2013 - 157 and 161 heartbeats ... a BOY and a GIRL!!!! Cervix on the "shorter side" (3-3.3) - going to check again in 2 weeks.
    Fourth u/s 9/23/2013 - Baby A = 157 Baby B = 150 heartbeat. Cervix now 2.3-2.6 ... being referred to a MFM
    MFM Appointment 9/26/2013 = Both babies healthy, cervix now measuring at 4 - Playing tricks on me ... will follow up in 2 weeks.
    Cervical check 10/7 with regular OB - 2.1cm  --- going BACK to the MFM armed with ultrasound pictures from my OB of my cervix. *sigh*
    MFM Appointment 10/8 - confirmed my cervix at 2.1cm - putting me on Progesterone for a week.
    MFM Appointment 10/17 - Cervix unchanged! Keeping me on Progesterone - followup 10/29

    Mine too! I seriously think it's bc my boobs are so much bigger and they weigh more.

    yes. It's the worst when the back spasms start wrapping around to the front and then both your abs and back are spasm-ing together. ugggg like this all morning! I imagine this must be what labor feels like :p

    Mine too! I seriously think it's bc my boobs are so much bigger and they weigh more.
    I hadnt thought about that but it makes sense! It's been going on for about 3-4 weeks now. Lately it's been wrapping around even to the front of my ribs under my bra.  I've wondered if there's a baby up there before...
