Warts during pregnancy

I just noticed I have warts inside my belly button. This is completely new because I did not have them before and I am freaking out. Has this happened to anyone?

I have had plantars warts on my one toe for years. They got bigger and more painful during pregnancy. The doctor said it happens because our bodies no longer recognize foreign substances. So, our bodies aren't fighting the virus that causes warts. They are using a laser on mine because it's on my foot and far away from baby. Maybe you should see a dermatologist for their advice and treatment. Just know that you aren't alone!

Are they warts or skin tags? I got skin tags in my last pregnancy on my neck just a few little ones but they went away.
