Brown Spotting 7w

I tried to scroll down and find a similar post but didn't see one. Forgive me if this has been asked recently! So TMI but here is my question:

I'm 7 weeks and when I went to the restroom tonight I had some brown spotting. I looked online and looks like this is ok as long as it isn't red/coming with cramps. Anyone else experience this? I read it could be from sex, but it's been a few days since the last time we did.

I has some brown spotting last Sunday. It scared me to death. My first appointment and US was Tuesday and when I told my doctor she says that it is normal to have some brown spotting around 6-7 weeks from implantation. She wasn't concerned at all. Again,

I actually just posted about my spotting -- seems like we posted at the same time! I called my OB's office and got the on-call doctor...she said it is not uncommon to spot or even have some light bleeding early on. I have no cramps either, which she said

I had pink spotting 1 hour before my dr. appt on Wednesday.  Thursday had brown spotting and never any cramping.  Saw the heartbeat on ultrasound, and Dr. said not to exercise or do anything strenuous until all was clear for 1 week.
