Insomnia?

Anyone else experiencing "light " insomnia? I am exhausted every day and fall asleep but I toss and turn throughout the night. Anyone else experiencing this?

Oh ya! Since before I found out. I usually had insomnia for a couple nights before my period starts so I thought it was a sign I wasn't pregnant. But nope, it's kept up since then. It is starting to get better once in a while so I'm hoping it's going away here gradually. I bought some unisom and tryed it and it works grest. But I also have to pee 4 times a night!!! So that is very unfortunate. It's my 3rd baby so maybe that's why? It stinks though!!

Yup! I've been watching documentaries in bed every night after DH falls asleep because I would be spinning worries in the dark otherwise. He's out cold and I'm still up long after midnight -- then yawning all day. So jealous of him! (Watched 'Fed Up' last night, btw: totally recommend it.)

I haven't been napping during the day hoping I'm exhausted by night and able to fall asleep. It doesn't work. Not only does it take me a while to fall asleep but I also toss and turn. Today I was awake from 2 to 4 am. I feel tired, I would like to sleep.
