Middle names for Ariadne and Jagger

need help with middle names for a boy and a girl. We find out what we are having icon Saturday. Last name starts with an E, is four syllables and Armenian (ends in -ian). Think E-terrian....it rhymes with that!
Ariadne is just plain beautiful for a girl (and the architect in the movie Inception). It's pronounced Air-E-odd-nay.
Jagger is one of the few DH hasn't vetoed for a boy.

If you are set with the choices I would suggest being more confident than telling people to be polite because I can assure you Jagger is not going to present positive IRL and people will make comments.

Jagger is pretty bad (and way overdone). Jagger Urijah is HORRID. PPs suggestions to go with Ariadne are all lovely. Since it's quite a long name, going for a short MN to go with it is probably a good idea.

Jagger sucks. There I said it. Ariadne is NMS, but at least a real name. There are good middle name suggestions above. Also, don't tell people what to do. 

Also also, don't name your kid Jagger.

Ariadne is really pretty. I've never heard it but I'm assuming it's a legit name. I like the idea of a virtue or nature name.

I'm going to politely pass on suggestions for Jagger.

Of course your entitled to hate my name choices but you could've respected my request to just not post if you didn't like them. Those comments remind me of the people who hear a person's name idea in person and get that stinkface and then proceed to tell you why your choice sucks and that they knew an who was a jerk/bully/etc.
Obviously it's an open Internet forum but I really hope those who disregarded my request to abstain from negativity have better things to do with their day than attempt to rain on my parade (sorry, it didn't work!) Just couldn't resist the impulse to add those few little comments I guess??
As far as not being confident in my choices--you've got me pegged wrong on that one. My request wasn't indicative of a lack of confidence but rather a simple and rather reasonable request to just not comment if you had something negative to say because I honestly just don't give a damn! I grew up with the notion that if you didn't have something nice to say maybe you should just keep your mouth shut ;;)

As I previously stated, you can't dictate what reaponses you get. If you don't want opinions the don't post your choice on the internet and you won't get them. Also, I realize that you 'don't give a damn' but the kid you're saddling with Jagger might. Maybe it's time to put your wants aside and think about your child and what he might a want.

Maybe the people who would make the stink face are the ones you need to listen to.

I think the beauty of forums is the honesty you get that people IRL are not going to tell you. Your family, parents of your child's friends, future employers, teachers, etc. So it's worth running names by a group of strangers for honest feedback. This forum is pretty open to unusual names, but also very spot on with pegging bad names.

With that said, Ariadne is beautiful in my opinion. I'll abstain from commenting on Jagger because others already have and you won't hear it. Everyone will pronounce Ariadne with the "Nee" sound at the end if you live in the US.

I would look for middle names that have special meaning to you. Family names (even far back in your family tree), place names, flower names, etc. For example, the flowers at your wedding. The street you grew up on. The place you honeymooned. Your grandmother's middle name. Some of these won't work but sometimes you can find a real gem. I like being able to explain to my kid why I chose her name rather than just "sounded good!" or "the internet" lol

For what its worth and for a little more background on the girl's name, Ariadne is also from an opera written by Strauss in 1912 called Ariadne auf Naxos and its SO good if you ever have a chance to see it. So yes, it is a real name and I think it is lovely.

Jagger is nms but to each their own. Love Ariadne though.
