Besides condoms/abstinence? I'd like to begin charting to get familiar/and in good practice of understanding my body. I'm new and lurked (and used the search feature here/Google) and it looks like mixed reviews if the pill would work, as obviously it stops ovulation but some say the temperature peeks still occur? If anyone has had previous experience with this or other birth control methods, I'd appreciate it! I guess worst case scenario I start temping and don't learn anything from it until we're officially ready to start TTC.
Lurker here, I don't think you'll have much luck temping/charting with any hormonal birthcontrol. Also, BCP force 28 cycles, so you could come off BCP and be expecting 28 cycles, but end up with 40 day cycles. You can start getting in the habit of temping, but wouldn't expect much.
