Knees, feet, & hands

i have been trying to wait a while to post this but this just keeps happening the last week or 2 weeks my feet keep falling asleep and hands ALL THE TIME!! But the worst part is my knees every night when I'm sleeping I wake up and they just hurt so bad...last night I woke up in the middle of the night and my right knee hurt so bad I couldn't move it. I will be calling the dr just was wondering if anyone else had this experience. For the falling asleep issue they took my blood on Monday so I am not to sure how that went yet I will find out this Monday.

My right hand only constantly falls asleep at night, and only my right foot swells. Asked my midwife about it and she didn't seem concerned so *shrug*. It decreased after seeing the chiropractor.

My feet and hands don't fall asleep, but I have had the same knee pain. I did tear my meniscus over 10 years ago and had it repaired so it's never been 100%. I think the combination of extra weight, sleeping on my side with my knees bent, and trying to squat down to pick things up off the floor has really agrivated it. I have always found icing it helps me the most, the other day I iced it three times throughout the day and it really helped. If the ice didn't work I would have had to break out the Tylenol for the pain. I'm hoping I can get through with just icing until delivery, I'm due on Thursday so not too much longer. Good luck!

My hands keep falling asleep at night too. When I told my midwife she was not concerned and just said that happens. I wake up with hip pain but it goes away when I get up and move around. More pillows between my legs while sleeping helps. I don't think it's anything to worry about - just part of the whole experience!
