Pampers=red bottom...

By chance, I changed DS to wearing huggies, and his red bottom went away...too bad he peed through huggies....

Now we are using pampers sensitive. Anyone else have this problem with the regular pampers swaddlers? DS is still such a little guy, that few other diapers will fit....

We've only used pampers & haven't had any real issues.

We had all sorts of problems with pampers swaddlers, even the sensitive ones.  We use the huggies supreme and have never had any problems with them.

We still use the swaddlers sensitive.  We tried the regular swaddlers when we got home from the hospital (hospital had her in sensitive) and she got a red bottom.

Avery has gotten a little red here and there but I'll just apply Aveeno Diaper rash cream once or twice and use warm wash cloths (instead of wipes) and it will clear up within a day.

It might not be the diapers, it could be the wipes.

pampers gave DD horrid rash, oddly Luvs work great... better than Huggies and are actually made by Pampers... *Shrug*

but we also cloth diaper in the daytime during the week, and since then 0 diaper rashes have appeared! gotta love cloth!

We use pampers and Abigail has had some diaper rashes but i don't think it's from the diapers. Balmex clears it right up and I've found that Beaudreaux's (sp?) Butt Paste is fantastic for preventing rashes. She doesn't get red at all as long as i remember the butt paste.

The made Kendall break out as well.  We switched to Huggies.

Oooh...I forgot to add.  Kate was sensitive to baby wipes for the longest time so we used cloth wipes with water.  She's better now, but we still use the cloth wipes when she's just wet (sensitive wipes for when she poops).

DS has had a red bottom for several days.  He was wearing Pampers swaddlers and I use the sensitive wipes.  I've been putting diaper rash stuff on it but I am going to try huggies for a few days.

DD has never had a diaper rash (knocking on wood as I type this).  That said, she has seemed a little red/irritated a few times & it has always been when she's been in Pampers Sensitive all day b/c we've been travelling, etc.  Normally we CD & we've also used 7th Gen diapers (no chlorine in them) & none of those seem to be a problem.
