"This is a new group for all mothers due November 2015 with all the bullshit negative attitudes from a group of know it all mothers on our original board I think it's time for a fresh start. Let's start a community of support and understanding."
Do you mean without? Or is it an extra bitchy group. I'm confused :-/ Or did you need punctuation there?
Ok so my grammar and punctuation obviously ain't perfect... Please correct every mistake I made/make in future since you must enjoy it
Ok then. Aint isn't a word...
It is in the South. So is cain't....a combination of can't and ain't. For example...naw, I cain't do that.
Um, no. Not the educated south. Still not English. And this chick is from New Zealand.
ETA: aren't some of you southerners completely offended by what people say is normal for you? It's like they enjoy perpetuating the redneck stereotype as "that's normal in the south!" My best friend is a lovely Southern girl in Atlanta, and she would be HORRIFIED.
It's ok, I know you really want to join our group deep down... i guess you realise your one of the lovely ladies we are trying to leave behind and are pissed, therefore stalking my comments to try make... some sort of point????

Not pissed. At all. Those "lovely ladies" are witty, smart, and funny. I KNOW I'm one of them. Not one of the simpletons who is easily amused by belly pictures and "potty shots" (ew).

She would be horrified by the word "ain't"? I'm very educated and my family has lived in the South back to the 1700's. I could care less about ignorant stereotypes. Some of them may be true for some people. But I'm pretty sure they're true for people everywhere not just down here. Stereotypes are everywhere. Take them with a grain of salt.

She would be horrified at the notion that because she's from the south, she would think "ain't" is a word. Because English
If all of you ladies dislike this board so much, it's probably time to go elsewhere. Not sure why you are continuing to post and create drama. I hope that your new board provides you with what you are looking for. Good luck, and I wish you all happy and healthy pregnancies!

Confused, how does this thread promote love & support for all when its basically a gigantic back handed put down?
Am I being punk'd... Did my MIL write this post?
Besides, you're just going to go to your new drama free board and talk crap anyways about all dem haterz. Don't bother lying & saying, "Oh no we are not! We are just showing each other CM pics daily & asking if it's normal." Don't bother also insulting the intelligence of these ladies.
(Ps don't get your granny panties in a twist, I'm calling myself a lurker.)

I don't like the stereotypes very much, but as I don't fall into them, I try to ignore them. I do have a tendency to drop words like sweetie into a conversation though. And true to my southern roots this whole thread needs the caption, "Bless their hearts."
Edit: My internet grammar is atrocious in general. I try to fix my mistakes as I reread things. I actually do technical writing for a living. lol.

I can totally get behind "Bless your heart" and sweetie. . Even y'all!! It's a proper contraction of "you all"
Thank goodness!! I will surely join. I don't expect everything to be completely pleasant all of the time because that's not reality. However, it should be few and far between and not the norm. Stress is not good for pregnancy, nor do I care for the negativity and smart asses. We are blessed to be in this position. There are tons of women that would be disgusted reading some of these posts when they'd give anything to be in our position.

Stress from a war zone, sure that's not good but stress from an Internet forum- yeah no. Please go because we don't need people perpetuating these looney myths to worried FTMs. Sheesh!
I'm from south Texas, I say ain't all the time. It is actually now considered a word, although when first used in the English language it was just considered slang. Doesn't mean it is proper buuuuut it's used here frequently. As is fixin' & the daily used y'all.
Watch Sh*t Southern Women Say on YouTube. It is so funny!
ETA: I'd rather read ain't than yolo or fleek (whatever that means).

Your fresh start board is going to go over about as well as the N15 positivity board. Maybe you should search for that board. Oh, wait. You can't. It crashed and burned.

Bye bye.
Starting a thread like this asks for the drama you "claimed" to want to avoid.
I don't have any issues with the OP starting a discussion to let people know about the new board or about the new board in general. I would say it's the OP's attitude towards people in this and almost every other discussion open on the board that begged for drama. If you're going to move on, say your peace and walk out with dignity.
The app completely took my comment and messed it up. I don't have time to rewrite at the moment. This is the first time I've logged in here since last night and I am even more appalled.
