@Kiki119 hang in there and can't wait to see an update!
I feel like I am holding a bowling ball within my unmentionables. I feel sharp pain in my hips with each step. I just took some tylenol so hopefully that helps. Today, the recliner has my name written all over it! ;;)
For those of you with migraines, have you talked to your doctors about taking magnesium supplements? They help me in various ways. Helped my migraines for years (lucky for me none during pregnancy). During this pregnancy magnesium had helped me get awesome sleep and keep me regular. When I don't take it I pay for it the next day. I know it's late in the game but I've taken my supplement during a migraine and it helps get rid of it. I take the powder called natural calm.
I'm having the shortness of breathe problems and am very uncomfortable, no contractions though and baby is so high up I sincerely doubt there is any dilation down there. I have bad blood pressure and we just got a home monitor for it. Right now it's 152/95 which is the new normal for me. For the headaches that can be a high bp sign too. I've been lucky and not really getting those but I have been having panic attacks at night because of the shortness of breathe. I have an appointment on thursday and I'm super hoping for bed rest with a schedule induction because this blood pressure things is seriously worrying me. Some of you ladies have it so much worse and I'm so sorry. As for you symptom free peeps, I'm just glad you exist! Because that means that someone somewhere is not miserable while pregnant and that gives me faith for humanity to continue hahaha, I'm might be joining the one and done club in fact I'm pretty sure I'm on the waitlist.

I've had migraines for 14 years. Why haven't I heard of this?!?! Will check with my doctor next week and definitely be trying this post partum. Thanks!
For anyone on or considering magnesium: it has worked wonders for my leg cramps and like @LaurenS119 says, keeping me regular. It is also supposedly a natural anti-anxiety, hence the name of her powder brand.
I was taking 400 mg/day but upped it to 800/day when my cramps started again a few weeks ago. I have to take it before late afternoon to avoid middle of the night cramps. My doctor said to "play with your dosage as needed because you can't really take too much." For me, that meant starting at 400 mg and moving up from there.
Hope you all find something that works for you, feel better!
Re: Weekend symptoms thread. Swollen, tired, crampy, or cranky? If you're feeling it post it HERE!!!
