  • Thank you so much! My doctor made me be very cautious saying right now my pregnancy could go either way. I'm 7 weeks today! Each week is a victory for me.. can't wait to show y'all my little one in January!

    Super reassuring! Thanks
  • Wow this is fantastic and thanks so much x
  • Thank you! I've seen the opposite chart that you adapted this from, and I have to say yours looks much better from a purely psychological point of view, even though it's the same data. Cheers!
  • @Scobb1990 why did your doctor say that?!? That seems extremely pessimistic of a doctor to say! Stay positive.
  • Thank you so much !
  • Wow....I needed this! Im a FTM but I had a mc a few years ago so I've been freaking out so much lately. It's nice to see a positive approach instead of the chances of actually having a mc.
Thank you so much for this!!
  • This totally made my day as well. This is the one worry I cant seem to get past. But now because of your chart, I feel amazing!! :)
  • I worry about miscarriage constantly because I have miscarried before. I love these statistics and it gave me a little piece of mind for today! Haha I'm sure I will stress about it again tomorrow
  • Thank you so much for posting this! I'm a FTM and first time pregnant and I've been terrified of doing something wrong. This really puts my mind at ease. You're awesome!
  • I've been worrying about having a miscarriage since I found out I was pregnant on Saturday and keep searching things online, which really haven't made it any better, until this one.

Thank you so much for posting!! I'm 5 weeks 3 days and this made me feel so much better!

  • This is awesome! I had a miscarriage in March and both my husband and I are very worried about another one. He is a big numbers guy so I showed this to him and it made him feel better!! Thanks girl!!!

This was wonderful to see! I appreciate the positive outlook, and I think being positive will definitely help contribute to higher percentages on the probability scale of NOT miscarrying!

This is amazing! I too have searched the internet for something to settle my anxiety but I LOVE the Positive side instead of the negative side. :-) Great Idea!!!!

@DaphneMoon1, the odds of having two miscarriages in a row is only 3%. So you have a 97% chance of having no problems this time around! Statistically, you're in even better shape than the chart above. :D

I needed this today. Thank you.

Thank you so much for posting this! I read it everyday! Especially now that I am PGAL.
  • This is a cool post! Thanks for sharing. I am anxious when it comes things like this so knowing I'm already at a high percentage of not having one makes me feel better!
  • I needed this too! I always expect the worst and I feel like this is too good to be true, so I'm fearful every day. I have two cousins who miscarried with their first pregnancies and now one has a two year old and the other has an eight week old. I've been so afraid that it's just in our genes and that it'll probably happen to me next. I feel a bit better now!

  • Thanks for this. Having had 5 early term miscarriages it is hard to stay hopeful some times.  A little bit of encouragement goes a long way :)
  • OMG!! Thank you so much for this!! I'm 6 was today and every little pain I get freaks me out. At 8% chance, I feel much better.
  • Im so nervous about possibly miscarrying. This helps a lot. Thank you!

@witchhazel, if it helps: most miscarriages actually aren't hereditary. Your cousins were more likely coincidence than genetics. :)
  • Thank you so much! I am a first Time mother to be and this was a worry of mine, you have put my mind at ease I am so excited!
  • Wow thank you so much! This makes me feel so much better!
  • Thank you! I'm terrified a lot.... FTM at 37. Ultrasound Tuesday.
  • Wow.. thank you for this information.. I feel ateasy now!
  • Feels so good to read these stats I had a miscarriage last January that @I4rk for stating that there's only a 3% chance to have another!

  • Thank you so much for posting this! 96.50% sounds like much better odds than "25% of pregnancies end in miscarriage". I'm much less worried now.
