Jordan or Elijah?

Which name do you think is better? Middle name will be Raymond! Hubby and I can't decide!

I love Elijah! It is in our boy name list as well.

I chose Jordan. Even though it's a nice name Elijah has some personal negative connotations for me so I'm biased. I love Eli though.

Elijah, definitely. I think of Jordan more as a surname and it comes off a little sporty to me (probably cause of Michael Jordan).

I voted for Elijah because I like the nn Eli.

I voted Elijah for 2 reasons. First, I think it flows better with your selected mn. Second, Jordan is commonly used as a girl's name where I live. (don't know why....)

Not a fan of Jordan. It doesn't age well and it's a name I wouldn't take seriously as an adult.

Thank you everyone for your help! Baby is still not out yet, was sent home from the hospital because contractions are not quite there yet! Who knows how long this will last!

Forgot to mention, I'm 37 weeks and 6 days. Midwife said should happen before the weekend but we will see! These contractions are so unpredictable!
