I was 35 when I had DD (turned 36 a month later) and I'll be 38 with this one. There were a few of us over 35 in my last BMB. Anyone here? FTMs or S+TMs?
I'm 35 this time around. Baby número six on the way. I've been at this since I was 16 so my oldest will be 18 when the new one arrives. Hurray for built-in babysitters!
My best friends family is similar to that. Her little sister and her son are only months apart. I have two teenagers in the house, two elementary agers and a 3yo. My four oldest are boys and the 3yo and this one are girls.
Can I join the club? I'll be 35 by delivery, which I found out today means I get referred out for genetic testing. I don't mind my old eggs because it means I get to find out the gender even earlier!
I'm 35, will be 36 when this baby is born. This is my 9th pregnancy & will be our 7th baby- our tie breaker! We've got 3 of each:) I feel WAY younger than my advanced maternal age!
I am 37 and this will be my first. We have been trying since I was younger, but alas… Hopefully it will be this time around! We would definitely like to have more than one, but we will take one healthy one at a time. Thank you for starting this! It's nice to have other AMA's.
@GalLaura I am worried about genetic testing as well. And all this spotting and cramping has my nerves on edge. Went to Dr yesterday and u/s looked great baby's HB was 156. It's been in the 150's. But woke up spotting brownish and cramping. I am over 9 weeks. I wish we could fast forward to second trimester already
Think I've got you all beat! I'm 43! This will be my 4th. I have 3 children with my first marriage and have been trying for 3 years with my husband. He doesn't have any children and I want so badly for him to experience being a dad!
I'm 35 and will be 36 when I deliver my second. My first will turn three in early January after this baby arrives. Shout out for the genetic testing and early gender reveal which really just means more time for me to shop!
I am 35, and FTM. I had my first prenatal appointment yesterday, but got told I had a double whammy and will have to go to special hospital for this pregnancy. I am considered high risk because of age and weight. So I guess one good thing is I will receive extra special attention and care. It still scares me all the same.
I am 34 and this is my first pregnancy; I'll be 35 by the time I deliver though. We started trying years ago but this is our first positive pregnancy test. I'm a little nervous with being on the older end, but glad to see that I'm not alone! And I certainly plan to try for at least one more baby soon after this one
Re: Any AMAs = 35+ out there?

Listen to me...we have young bodies or we wouldn't be Pregnant! Go us!
Having said that, I am worried about the genetic testing this time around. Anyone else feeling this way? The stats change a lot when you are over 40
