Shooting Range

I work in an all male business and last week (I was exactly 23 weeks) they wanted to go to an indoor shooting range, I went and stayed inside with ear defenders on for About 5 minutes till I thought 'what about the babies ears?' I am REALLY worries, I see my doctor next week and will ask her but I am worried...I cannot find any good research on the web about this.

You are fine. I used to help my husband when he taught pistol permit classes and my OB was fine with it. I did it up to my third trimesters with my first two kids.

My doctor told me being at the range and shooting small caliber is fine during pregnancy. Told me to take it easy with ar, ak, and shot guns

As long as you're not going for hours every day, you're totally good.  I just went to a metal concert Friday night.  I'm 26 weeks with twins.   

That being said, the shooting range I was going to go to a couple of weeks ago requires a doctor's note for pregnant women ... and I'm very obviously pregnant.  It was late Friday night when we found that out so I missed out.  Womp womp.

The problem isn't the noise it's the ventilation.  You're fine cause you were in there for 5 minutes but if they  want to visit again stay in the waiting area.  There are chemical such as lead that are coming off the firing range.  Outdoor ranges are fine.
