Pregnancy test question

Hello ladies. I have been TTC for a few months now. I have been getting my period on CD23 or 24 for the past 4 months. I was learning how to chart and a few weeks ago we tried right before I thought I was ovulating. Today is CD28. I am pretty sure I'm pregnant for a few reasons.y breasts are swollen and I have no PMS symptoms. I feel very similar to the way I felt when I first pregnant with my first. I bought a pack of 2 tests with the intention of testing Sunday morning (CD30). My husband was excited and asked me to try it tonight. It was negative. Is it too early to test? I'm still going to do it on Sunday but I wanted to get a few opinions.

You might be too early. You may not have ovulated when you thought. are you temping?

I confirmed o and am 12 dpo and still getting negatives. my lp is only 9 days.

I am temping but I'm not getting much consistency. Plus I'm new at it so I'm learning, this is the first month I've been doing it. My temp spiked on CD 12, stayed slightly elevated for 3 days and then went back to normal. Then the last few days it's been spiked again.

Here it is. I was on vacation between the 15-21 I was temping but I didn't fill it in yet. Every day was between 97.18-97.23

I'm guessing once you put those Temps in ff will give you cross hairs. Going by Temps alone I'd guess you o'd late, like maybe cd 24 or 25. Have you noticed any other fertile cm?

Cycles can change at any time. Trust me I know.
If you have enough hcg in your system to cause pregnancy symptoms you would have enough to turn a test positive.
My guess is you ovulated later than usual.
But from looking at your chart it's been 16 days since you had sex. Even if you O'd 4 days later you would still be 12 dpo which usually is enough to turn a positive.
My cycles have been a roller coaster for the last 6 months. The first month my cycle was off it was 39 days when it's usually 21. I had my hopes up the entire first week I was late then I had to be rational and just wait for AF to show. I know it sucks but try not to symptom spot, it will drive you batty.
Keep up with FF and in a few months you will start to see a pattern.

Thanks. I have never been irregular so this is very frustrating for me. Epecially since I have been early the last few months and now to be this late?! I'm getting discouraged. I guess I'll just have to wait to see what happens and keep using ff.

Ok ladies so I just noticed that my CM was a egg white like so on a hunch I tested with an OPk and it was positive!!! This is the first time I got a positive since I started this process. So am I correct to assume that I Gould have sex today and then tomorrow? Or even a few more days? Please advise!
