Zzzquil safe?

does anybody know if zzzquil is safe to take? I have been extremely sick and not able to sleep because of it. When I usually have the flu or something zzzquil is the only thing that works.

I don't know about zzzquil but my doctor said Tylenol pm is ok to take for sleep

I would double check with dr but all it is is liquid benedryl

Unisom is on my ok to take list. Not sure about zzzquil.

It is category B, so I would check with your Dr before taking.

I take melatonin. It's a natural sleeping pill. Works great.
