Newbie Clomid & Not Ovulating (Loss Mentioned)

Hi I'm Emily.  I'm posting for the 1st time because I'm looking for advice and support.  My husband and I have been TTC 1 1/2 years.  After going off BCP in Oct of '13, I stopped my regular monthly AF.  In Apr of '14 my doctor prescribed Provera to start AF again and Clomid 50mg.  Also had Clomid 50mg in May, need Provera again in June and bumped up to Clomid 100mg.  End of July we got BFP but miscarried in September.  Put back on Provera in Jan '15, Clomid 50mg, Feb Clomid 50mg, Mar Clomid 100mg but progesterone levels have been so low they tell me I'm not ovulating.  I've been charting my temps and have signs of EWCM.  I'm going back on Friday to see the doctor to decide my next steps.  Wondering if anyone else has had a similar situation?  Not sure if they'll try taking the Clomid up to 150mg or try something to help the Clomid?  I'm scared if we get a BFP that my progesterone levels will cause another miscarriage.
