Massage post transfer?!

So I had my embryo transfer last Friday (4/3) and have a massage scheduled for 4/12. First beta is 4/13.

Is the massage a bad idea? Read conflicting things.

I've read conflicting things too. Honestly, most massage therapists don't have you switch to prenanatal massages for a while anyway. Here's what I'd suggest.

If your transfer cycle fails (FX that is doesn't), no matter how safe the massage was it will be in your head that you read some things about it not being recommended. And you'll feel bad. So maybe reschedule.

If you do go, be sure to tell them your situation. They'll likely avoid some things like pressure on your feed.

I plan on calling my clinic to see what they recommend. But it might not be a bad idea to postpone until after my beta(s).

Interesting!  Wow.  I have a massage scheduled for the day after my transfer as well.  I may have to look into it.  Thanks!
