Pangs anyone?

Anyone else get random or sporadic pangs in their stomach almost like an extreme stretch or rip. Happens very randomly w sudden movement or twist of my torso. Almost feels like someone grabs me really quickly. It's not a "pain" it's not sharp and it's not really on the inside, not like a cramp or gas pain. Super sudden and quick and then it's gone. Don't remember it happened with DS.
