I grew up with a Hayley (pronounced hay-lee) and always liked it.
But now as a teacher, I have students who pronounce it 3 different ways Hayley (hay-lee), Haley (hal-lee), Haley (hail-ee). I am always mixing them up and I am good with names.
Long story short, I don't like the name as much as I used to.
Not a fan and always sounds juvenile not to mention all the variations and people pronouncing them all either the same or different, Hailey, Halley, Halle, etc.
