Term +4 whenn?!?

I am full term plus 4 days now am nearly 4cm dilated, fully effaced and baby's head is as low and engaged as it could be and still no baby. Anyone else experienced this? I'm getting so fed up now! I've also had 2 cervical stretch and sweeps still nothing ):

Not exactly the same as I am 40 weeks on Wednesday, but at my 39 week appointment I was 4cm, at least 50% effaced (but she didnt actually tell me, so that is from my 38 week visit, so possible more) baby is super low, bag of water was bulging. The doctor did a membrane sweep and thought I would break my water or go into labor soon and 4 days later I have had no change. I have braxton hicks all the time, but nothing painful or regular.  I realize I should at least wait until my due date to be frustrated, but with a big baby and all signs pointing to being ready I don't know why he won't just come already!!

@ulfinlay‌ how did you feel after the cervical stretch? My dr did that to me yesterday and since then it's been constant contractions (Braxton hicks I believe Bc they are in front) and cramping. I'm wondering if that's normal ?
