Best Baby Swing?

Hi Ladies!
We bought my baby a Rockaroo but she doesn't like it. She really needs a swing that really swings!
Please advise...TIA

Re: Best Baby Swing?

  • A lot of people like the Fisher Price snugabunny swing because it has an AC adaptor, but a lot of people complain the motor breaks so I was never a fan of that.  I don;t care that the customer service was great, fix your dang product so it doesn't break!

I bought a Bright Starts Ingenuity one and it was awesome.  Super quiet, sipped the batteries and looked comfortable.

  • We bought the Mammaroo, but our little one didnt like it at all. Well, he did start taking to it around 7-8 months... right around the time they tell you to stop using it. It ended up being helpful at a later age. At 6 weeks, we broke down and bought a FP snug-a-puppy swing. Very similar to the snug-a-bunny. He loved it and used it every day until he started climbing out of it. It was frustrating because we had spent so much money on the Mammaroo, but so worth it in the end.

Incidentally, my SIL also bought a mammaroo for her newborn. Same thing happened. Her 6 month old has almost exclusively used my snug-a-puppy swing as well.
