This was my first month using it. I drank one cup every day from the start of my cycle until ovulation was confirmed by my CBEFM and my temps. I used Yogi brand Woman's Red Raspberry Leaf Tea (containing only organic raspberry leaves).
Obviously I don't know yet whether it helped me to get pregnant, since I'm still in the 2ww. But even if this cycle is a BFN, I am VERY happy with the results.
I've had breakthrough bleeding and midcycle spotting every cycle since early 2008 (so it's been over two years). My doctor found no cause for it-- no fibroids or polyps, and I ovulated every cycle, so it's not a sign of anovulation. The bleeding usually lasted 3-4 days right before ovulation, was bright red, and would fill 1 panty liner in a day (though occasionally it lasted a week or more, and I had one incident last April when it was heavy enough to bleed through my panties).
This month for the first time in two years, I had ZERO midcycle bleeding--not even a pink tinge to my CM. I was SO PSYCHED to ovulate without any upsetting bleeding preceding it.
I also ovulated a little on the early side for me (FF thinks CD 19). But since I sometimes ovulate around that point without assistance, I can't say it's due to the tea and not just a normal cycle variation.
I hope this keeps up next cycle! In the meantime, I definitely recommend the tea to people dealing with cycle irregularities, particularly with spotting issues.

Re: My review of Red Raspberry Leaf tea (little bit long)
Nice! Where does one obtain this magical tea?
I'll try just about anything at this point...and last month was my first cycle ever with mid-cycle bleeding...

Yeah, mid cycle bleeding blows. I've had short(ish) cycles when I had to wear a pad more days than I didn't.
I got it at the second grocery store I went to (a bigger one than our little local grocery). I'm sure they have it at Trader Joe's/Whole Foods type places, as well as at health stores, but it's worth checking your local place first.
But don't get Celestial Seasonings "Raspberry" tea. That contains raspberry "flavors" and red dye rather than actual raspberry leaves.

Alright, thanks to you I just ordered a bunch from Amazon.
My H is going to start (continue?) thinking I've lost my ever-loving mind. He shakes his head every morning at the pharmacy I'm making him take.
