Junk food

is anyone else craving Junk food?! I'm normally a healthy green and protein lover. I'm 7 weeks preggers and These past 2 weeks all I want to eat is sweets! The thought of healthy makes me wanna gag. I'm so nervous I'm going to gain a too much weight!

    Sounds like you need some sugar! I recommend fruits healthy and sweet.

    I'm in the same boat.  I normally eat pretty healthy.  Right now, the thought of eating veggies makes me feel sick.  I'm really craving pizza.  Lots of pizza.

    Yesss! Pizza for me too. So bad. Lol my husband is a junk food junky so now that I have been indulging he's like isn't this fun!? Hahahaha

    I've been craving sweets too! I caved this morning and got a corn muffin. It soothed my sweet tooth :)

    I'm normally a person who craves junk food and sweets, but I've been craving FRUIT! Also cheese and pita chips, but apples are my big craving.

    I can make myself eat healthy, but I rarely crave anything but junk.

    I'm in the same boat @MamaOwl15‌! I usually eat pretty well for meals, but my snacks are usually junk, chips and sweets etc. but so far I'm craving anything green! Green smoothies, crisp crunchy salads, Brussels sprouts, zucchini (k my stomach just started growling) and the things that are making me sick are junk food! Threw up pasta salad (the mayo kind), Alfredo pasta, thin mint Girl Scout cookies (whhhyyyy?!) baby must be craving what healthy stuff I normally lack in my diet :)

    I feel your pain... But with carbs!! Normally I try to eat lots of protein and have been gluten/grain free for the past few months, but my kids soft pretzels with cheese were realllllllly calling my name today at lunch, as I tried to gag down some chicken and blueberries!! The struggle is real ladies!! Haha.

    I am right there with you as well! Have been really eating well the past few months especially and now all I want are donuts and fried food. Thankful I live in a place that doesn't have any fast food places so I am not tempted!

    YES!  I used to eat a huge salad every day for lunch.  Now the thought of fresh leafy greens is nauseating.  I keep buying what I used to eat at the store and it goes to waste.  Lesson learned.  I still like my veggies but they have to be cooked.  I also am eating a lot more fruit than I used to.  Last night, I woke up around 3 a.m. with horrible "morning" sickness.  I kept it together, just barely.  I need to go get crackers to keep by the bed like others recommend.  I also can't stop craving cheese and popcorn. And pizza and tacos for dinner.  Hubby keeps me from indulging as he tries to encourage me to eat healthy.  He's finally believing that I'm not making the cravings and nausea up.
