Pain in upper abdomen after birth

I'm 6 days PP. I started having pain in my upper abdomen once I got home. I went to the hospital where they checked my gallbladder- totally fine. And sent me home.

I know none of us are doctors, but has anyone has this pain in upper abdoment after birth before? I'm trying to gage if this is a normal pain to have. I'm seeing my OB Friday but was hoping for personal stories.

I had some achy pain around my sternum that went away after a week and change. Hope everything is well and you are enjoying your new squish!
