rh negative anyone?

anyone else that has negative blood type? I'm B- and my husband is B+? Did your baby end up have your or your partners blood type?

I am A - my husband is O- and both my girls are O- blood type.

I am B- the donor is + (i forget what) --- so far I got the shot about a month ago, waiting to see what baby R ends up.

I am 0- my husband is positive and I am RH negative. My 1st son is positive so I had to have rhogram at 28weeks and after delivery. I am pregnant again and already had my 28 week! No big deal if you get your shots from what I understand!

I am O-... DH is O+. All 3 of my kids are O+. Never been a problem, just get the RhoGham shots as recommended.

I'm RH-..... DD who is 6 is RH- but her "father" is not.... Not sure what DS will be.... Had the rhogham shot a while back....

My mother is AB- and my father is B+. I, on the other hand, have A+ blood and so does hubby. So I am kinda wondering what DD will be!

I'm A- my husband is O+. Baby birn on 5th Feb has his blood type. I had 2 shots of Rhogam in late pregnancy to try and avoid any issues and another a day or so after the birth when we knew her blood type. Unfortunately my little girl has developed jaundice and been readmitted to hospital for a few days, as a result of our clashing blood types.

wow i didnt know this was a possible result.   Did the pediatrician tell you?

It's probably not just the rh factor in your case. My youngest lo has her daddy's B+, I'm an O+. She had what they called a positive Coombs test because of the incompatible blood types and had jaundice, too. Fortunately she was spared the need to go back to the hospital. Hope your LO recovers quickly. (I didn't know the blood types could cause problems beyond the rh factor either until DD3 here.)
